Four years after being killed by his daughter, Freddy Krueger remains imprisoned in hell depending on the dreams of those in Springwood to keep him alive. So when the town tries to forget him once and for all thus leaving its tormentor powerless, Freddy springs Jason Vorhees out of his own personal hell and sends him to Elm Street.
