The daywalker Blade (Wesley Snipes) joins forces with two new vampire hunters (Jessica Alba and Ryan Reynolds) to battle more of the undead. This time though Blade finds himself fighting Drake, the recently resurrected ancestor of all the bloodsuckers as well as trying to distribute a virus which should see off the vamps once and for all.
