The latest of Marvel Comics‘ heroes to make it to the big screen, The Punisher tells the story of FBI Special Agent Frank Castle (Tom Jane) who seems to have it all until bitter millionaire businessman Howard Saint (John Travolta) murders his wife and young son. Quickly realising that the law is incapable of dealing with those responsible, he takes things into his own hands and so The Punisher is born: judge, jury and executioner all rolled into one, Castle becomes a man hell–bent on revenge.
